I was born and raised in Minnesota. I've always loved to draw and learn various styles of art.
I involved my self in many different art classes which include drawing, painting, pottery, jewelry
making, drafting, also advertising and design.

Shortly after college, the opportunity of learning how to tattoo fell into my lap through a friend of
the family. I moved to Austin Texas in 1994 where my friend Mike Burford introduced me to notorious
Ed Potter who I apprenticed under for 3 years.

After my apprenticeship, I moved back to Minnesota and worked at a few different shops until I was
able to open "Live Fast Die Young Tattoos" with co-owner Scott Elke.

"LIVE FAST DIE YOUNG TATTOOS" is an incredible shop with a classic Hot Rod/ Motorcycle feel to it,
with influences of old Horror movie art. Our shop is located in NE Minneapolis on the corner of Lowry
and Grand.

When I'm not tattooing, I like to pinstripe, play Hockey, and go to a lot of Hot Rod shows.
I'm currently working on a 49 Mercury 4door and a 29 Model A 2door Sedan.

Stop down to the shop or get a hold of me on the web at "LiveFastDieYoungTattoos.com".
